Rules and Regulations for the Event
1. Must be a single lady (never married & never given birth) aged from 17-20 years of any racial and religious background.
2. Any African nationality.
3. Costumes: Casual, National and Evening gown.
4. Must be a current/ former high school student ready to enter college level and to have acquired some distinguished merit in her academics.
5. Send two (2) colors self-photographs: One head and shoulder, and full size body.
6. All Contestants must be in good health (proof of medical certificate required) and to perform specially scheduled activities from 14th – 20th December 2025, both dates inclusive.
7. The Miss High School Africa 2025 winner would need to go to the next host nation in 2026 for 10 days before the event to handover the crown to the incoming winner.
8. The Miss High School Africa 2025 must perform the duties for one (1) full year before taking her college scholarship. And should she is unable to perform the duties for any reasons; the 1st Runner up will take the crown and the remaining prizes.
9. Global Small Business Foundation reserves the right to use all videos and photos of the Contestants for promotional purposes without prejudice.
10. The Miss High School Africa 2025 winner will receive her prize money in installments for one (1) full year.
11. All Contestants will receive an appearance fee of US$150 after the event.
12. All holiday vouchers must be utilized within one (1) year after the competition and transfer of tickets will not be entertained.
13. If Miss High School Africa 2025 winner/ 1st Runner Up/ 2nd Runner Up mislead the organizers or public or caught drinking alcohol/ smoking or get pregnant – she may lose her title and other privileges due to her.
14. A winner will be entitled to internal confidential issues of the competition and during her reign she must not disclose or reveal any incident or conversation. Should she is approached for comment by press; she shall immediately refer them to the organizers/ Producer.
15. All Contestants must be in possession of a valid clean passport (no arrests/convictions).
16. The Miss High School Africa 2025 winner is prohibited to take part in any competition during her reign. Also she cannot attend any profitable function regarded as a crowd puller without the permission of the Organizers/ Producer.
17. Travel costs to and from New York and entry visa to the U.S. will be each and every Contestant’s responsibility.
18. The completed entry form must be returned to the Producer before the 30 April 2025. NB: There is a nonrefundable application fee of US$35 to participate in the 2025 pageant.
19. The Organizers of the Miss High School Africa 2025 Pageant will provide all participants with hotel accommodation, food, appearance fee of US$150 and local transport from the 14th – 20th December 2025, both dates inclusive.
20. The Organizers of the Miss High School Africa 2025 Pageant will afford all participants with the most wonderful once in a lifetime opportunity to visit New York City, Atlantic City, Washington DC, Philadelphia, Maryland, the White House, Museums, experience limousine rides and see places of historical importance.
21. All participating Contestants must arrive in New York City (JFK international Airport) on 13th December 2025. The organizers will pick-up everyone from there.
22. After the pageant, all Contestants are required to return to their countries of origin. Failure to return back home will be a violation of your immigration status and may have serious consequences.
